I Will Prioritise Our Community's Experience in My Marketing Efforts

Our community is at the heart of our school, and prioritising their experience and satisfaction will increase engagement, loyalty and advocacy. This is particularly important in today's digital age, where they have more choices than ever and can easily share their experiences with a broader audience.

I Will Set Clear, Measurable Goals

Because I’m frequently pulled in different directions, my marketing goals will be specific, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART). This will help me stay focused and motivated and ensure that my efforts align with our school's overall objectives. By setting clear goals, I can measure our progress and success.

I Will Allocate My Time and Resources Wisely

I wear a lot of hats, so I must be strategic about allocating my time and resources, focusing on the activities that will have the most significant impact. This will help me be more effective and efficient in my efforts and ensure that we get the most out of our limited time and budget.

I Will Regularly Analyse My Marketing Performance

An “everything but the kitchen sink” approach to marketing isn’t sustainable. Prioritising time for analysis will help me identify what's working well and where there is room for improvement so I can make data-driven decisions and optimise our marketing efforts over time.

I Will Be More Intentional About Measuring the ROI of My Marketing

By measuring the return on investment (ROI), I can see (and justify) the financial impact of my efforts and be more strategic in our decision-making. This can help me to further optimise my marketing budget and allocate resources more effectively.

I Will Stay Up-to-date on the Latest Trends and Best Practices

There are countless companies vying for our audience's time and money, and the marketing landscape is constantly evolving. I need to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in my field. This will help me stay current and competitive and ensure that I am using the most effective tactics and strategies. I Will Foster a Culture of Collaboration and Teamwork

It doesn’t always feel like it, but marketing is a team sport. I need to foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork at our school. This can help me get more ideas and content to drive better results.

Marketing can feel like a thankless job. It's vital to take time to celebrate and recognise the successes of my team and myself. This will help boost our morale and motivation and create a positive and supportive work culture.
